Batumi Sea Port LLC, a subsidiary of Kazakhstan’s KazTransOil JSC, has transshipped 3,000 tons of Kazakhstani ammonium phosphate for export, KazTransOil said.

This marks the first-ever export of this mineral fertilizer through the port of Batumi (Georgia) via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).

In 2025, Batumi Sea Port LLC plans to transship 50,000 tons of Kazakhstani ammonium phosphate.

Furthermore, as part of its efforts to attract new cargo flows, Batumi Sea Port LLC facilitated the first-ever shipments of 37,600 tons of Kazakhstani ammonium nitrate to international markets via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route in 2024.

KazTransOil JSC directly owns and manages production assets in Georgia through Batumi Oil Terminal LLC.
