On April 28, the plenary session of the fifth exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia – 2025” was held in Tashkent.

INNOPROM. Central Asia is an annual international industrial exhibition held in the capital of Uzbekistan since 2021. “INNOPROM. Central Asia – 2025” covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with 4,143 square meters dedicated to Uzbekistan’s national exhibition. Over 200 Uzbek companies are showcasing nearly 100 types of domestic products, along with more than 50 foreign companies and 5 national exhibitions (Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan).

The event featured keynote speakers, including Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and Jamshid Khodjaev, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.

The exhibition presents innovative solutions and products across various sectors, including construction, electrical engineering, automotive, furniture, light industry, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, and information technology. A special emphasis is placed on the participation of catering companies, highlighting Uzbekistan’s tourism and gastronomic potential.

In his welcoming speech, Jamshid Khodjaev emphasized the vast opportunities for further expanding cooperation in sectors such as mining, agriculture, innovation, IT, and the exchange of new technologies. He highlighted the importance of developing transport infrastructure, trade, and cooperative ties between countries in the region, with a particular focus on implementing joint projects in machine and tool building, mining, chemicals, electrical engineering, and agriculture, incorporating innovative technologies.

In this context, the creation of industrial parks adhering to high technological standards, including in Uzbekistan’s regions, plays a crucial role.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov praised the potential of the “INNOPROM. Central Asia” exhibition, acknowledged the significance of ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan to improve the investment climate, and urged participating companies to establish new promising connections and actively collaborate with their Uzbek counterparts to strengthen partnerships.
